Returns at a Glance

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Item condition: Must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Hygiene items: Must be unopened

  • Damage/defects: Report within 48 hours with photos

  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer unless it’s our mistake

  • Where to send: We’ll give you the correct warehouse address (do not return to sender address)

  • Refund time: 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

At Hous Nova, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — just remember we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.


1. Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions: 

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.

  • No damage: Items showing misuse, excessive wear, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.

  • Hygiene items: Bedding, personal care, or other hygiene-related products must be unopened.

  • Damaged/defective: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return address: Returns must be sent to the designated warehouse address provided by our team (do not send to the shipping label address).

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet these requirements.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@housnova.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  2. Wait for our team to approve the request and provide the correct return address.


3. Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If it’s too late to cancel, you may return it once delivered by following our return process.


4. Shipping Times

Our products ship from multiple locations, including Asia. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds cover the purchase price minus original shipping costs.

  • Upgraded or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return.


6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Opened personal care items (cosmetics, underwear, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items


Note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense unless otherwise approved.
